More Information
Grown under the famous Darjeeling mist that covers the uppermost slopes of Himalayan India, this fine tea is famous for its rich flavour and exquisite bouquet with hints of muscatel and champagne. A very delicate tea, Darjeeling is large leafed with a rich red liquor, and can be enjoyed at any time of the day with or without milk or lemon.
These loose leaves hailing from the famous misty Darjeeling mountains of the Himalayan region, produce a tea which is revered for its rich full flavour and pleasant aroma. The distinctive muscatel and champagne notes of Darjeeling emerge triumphantly from this brilliant blend of unoxidised leaves to make a tea which can be enjoyed anytime of day.
This light and refreshing Darjeeling brew should be drunk without milk as it can cloud and hide vital flavours, and using water brought to a temperature around 80º Celsius is recommended.
