Medium in body with a rich, fruity flavour and winey undertones. Having a ‘chocolatey’ aftertaste.

Also produced on the Oromia Plantations. This coffee is an entirely different style of coffee from the Yirgacheffe, it is dry processed which gives it a heavy earthy quality.. with a rich and winey aftertaste.
