At the very southern tip of the North American continent, Honduras is a stunning country which finds itself in tropical conditions which are just perfect for growing incredible strictly high-grade (SHG) coffee. Grown at least 5000ft above sea level, these Fairtrade organic beans produce a gently acidic cup with a balanced, smooth finish.
